Is there a minimum order amount before I can make an online purchase?
We’re glad you asked, because there is no minimum order amount. We want you to be able to purchase what you want and feel good about it, whether that's one item or ten, self-pick up or via delivery.
What if I do not meet the minimum order requirements of SGD$100 for complimentary island-wide delivery?
Don't worry, we've got you covered. If you can't place an order larger than $100, don't stress it! You can also place orders via WhatsApp (9832 7761). A delivery fee of $12 will be incurred.
How do I make payment?
Paying for your delicious meat has never been easier! We'll hold an authorization amount that includes your total plus a 10% buffer, so you don't have to worry about any surprises.
What payment options do you accept online?
We accept debit and credit cards.
Why do you charge me a different amount as stated on the website?
Most of the time, the total amount billed will be more/less than the amount stated on the website. This could be due to heavier pieces of meats (sold by weight) or unavailable items in your order.
We hold a 10% pre-authorization against your credit card while we process your order, the final amount will depend on the final details of the transaction.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
After check-out, you will receive an email about your order with details about it and your order number. If you do not receive this, please check your SPAM folder. If it’s also not in your spam folder, please contact us at sales@meatmen.sg to check your order.
Only orders with an order number will be processed so please make sure you received the confirmation email.
If you do not receive any form of contact within 1-2 working days of placing your order, please reach out to us via WhatsApp, 98327761.
I forgot to add one more item on my order, can I amend my order?
It's never too late to add something to your order. Just drop us a text through WhatsApp or call our hotline to amend your order. Do note that we cannot amend your order if its already being delivered.
Are there any restrictions on holiday orders?
Please note that we don't deliver on Sundays and public holidays. Place your order in advance with MeatMen and we'll make sure you have everything you need. Rest assured that we will do everything we can to get your package to you quickly and safely.
If there are any changes on our delivery schedule, there will be an update on our website and social media platforms. Due to the sudden influx of orders during holidays, we might impose restrictions.
Can I select a delivery time slot?
While we can't promise a specific delivery time slot as we deliver in zones, our friendly team will message you on the day of delivery with an estimated time of arrival.
However, if your order is above $500, you can choose a specific delivery time and day.
When do I get my order?
Your items will be delivered within 1-4 working days after you receive your order confirmation, not including Sundays and Public holidays. You will receive your final bill and the timing on the day of the delivery.
Can I collect my order?
Yes you can! Simply select your preferred self-collection slot on our website, up to a week in advance.
I have received my order, how long can I keep the items?
Chilled items
For consumption within 3 days, keep in chiller.
For any time longer, please refer to the expiry date on packaging.
Frozen items
Please refer to the expiry date on packaging.
I have an issue on my order, can I have it replaced or refunded?
Yes. As long as you have a valid reason for requesting a return or refund. Please note that we only accept returns and exchanges of items based on the following requirements:
- There needs to be a valid reason for the return of goods.
- Return of goods must be authorized by the respective sales personnel or sales administrator.
Return of sale items are not allowed and all items purchased via our online store, can only be returned during delivery.
Returned goods must:
- be in its original packaging,
- retain its original label,
- be kept in its intended proper storage condition (chilled/frozen), and
- do not exhibit signs of abuse or adulteration.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may as long as we haven't prepared your order. Please Whatsapp our delivery hotline at +65 9832 7761 and provide your name and order details.
Does the website ever close or shut down for maintenance like certain sites?
The website is always up and running 24/7. But sometimes, it may be down for maintenance. If an incident occurs, contact us through our phone +65 6532 9706, send us a message on WhatsApp 9832 7761 or simply notify us on social media or via email.
Encountered issues during check out?
If you tried checking out with a credit card and couldn't get through, check your statement to see if the website already charged you for your order. Sometimes there are errors with our payment methods and we can't be perfect all the time. If this has happened to you, kindly let us know so that we don't overcharge you for your order.
